v1.0.0 Release
Forms Boss Engine
Forms Boss 1.0.0: Native Universal Ingestion & 1-Click Gravity Forms Migration
We have officially deployed Forms Boss as the universal front-end data collection and entry management engine for the Web Presence Boss Suite. Built as a calm, client-side, zero-bloat replacement for Gravity Forms, it provides deep native event piping to every companion plugin without recurring SaaS licenses or heavy database bloat.
Every form submission automatically syncs to CRM Boss contacts & deal Kanban cards, Booking Boss appointment calendars, Support Boss tickets, Newsletter Boss broadcast lists, Marketing Boss visitor scoring, and Member / Course Boss access tiers.
Built-in AES-256-CBC encryption at rest for PII fields, zero-trust IP suppression, silent honeypot + 2-second bot human verification (no Google reCAPTCHA tracking), and edge-cache proof nonce token refreshing via REST.
Key Highlights in this Release:
- •
Full Gravity Forms Field Parity: 20+ field types including compound Names, multi-line Addresses, live Booking Boss appointment slot pickers, digital signatures, formulas, and multi-page wizard steps with 64-char draft resumption tokens. - •
1-Click Gravity Forms Auto-Migration: Scans existingwp_gf_formandwp_gf_entrytables and converts historical forms and submissions into native Forms Boss schemas in seconds. - •
Admin Submission Dossier: Real-time internal notes stream, star toggle for hot leads, in-place response editing, and 1-click UTF-8 CSV exports.

Inter-Plugin Communication
Universal Event Hooks & Cross-Suite Attribution
Standardized developer hook parity across all plugins using prefixed actions (`wpb_form_submitted`, `wpb_contact_upserted`, `wpb_appointment_booked`, `wpb_ticket_created`). This ensures any action taken by a client on the frontend ripples across the entire suite with zero dropped data or race conditions.
- •
CRM Boss & Marketing Boss Integration: Lead score increments and UTM campaign attribution are now automatically linked to visitor fingerprint hashes. - •
Booking Boss Live Slot Verification: Form appointments prevent double-bookings by checking calendar availability in real time before submission lock. - •
Support Boss Ticket Prioritization: Submissions classified with urgent severity immediately dispatch email alerts and assign client account priority.
