What this does not cover

New features and redesigns. Those get scoped and quoted separately. The plan keeps what you have working.
Outages at companies I do not run. If your host or your payment provider goes down, I will tell you what happened and what it costs to route around it.
Unlimited hours. The plan buys access and attention. Substantial work gets an estimate first, every time.
