Browser-based tools built by Cynthia Schomp—including Snap Frame, EQ Vid, Scribe, and the CS Theme System generator—process your files, audio, video, and configurations directly inside your browser memory. Your media files are never uploaded to external cloud servers for processing.
2. Contact, Booking & Client Portal Data
When you send a message via cynthiaschomp.com/contact/, schedule a consultation on cynthiaschomp.com/fractional-cto/, enroll in a Support Plan, or log into the Client Portal, we collect only the name, email address, organization, and project details you explicitly provide so we can respond to your inquiry and deliver your project work.
3. Zero Third-Party Data Selling
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, email address, or project briefs to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks. First-party records are stored securely in our self-hosted CRM and client portal database.
